DNM have been providing a range of Managed Service solutions since 2000 and are now a certified AWS Managed Service Partner. While initially our focus was on Managed Database solutions, the Managed Services division of the company has rapidly expanded since then across our Cloud, Analytics and Infrastructure customers. We now provide 24*7*365 mission critical, remote and onsite support and maintenance services to over 100 customers globally. Our customer base spans across Financial, Enterprise and Public domains, to name but a few.

To ensure our customers are provided a fit for purpose solution, DNM leverages its breadth of expertise and strong partner relationships. Our delivery methodologies are based on best practice and aligned to our partner reference architectures to ensure reference solutions for our customers. Our service desk is based on ITIL practices while our Managed Service delivery is ISO 20000 certified.

  • ISO 20000-1:2011

    Within ISO 20000, IT Service Management is a top down, business driven approach to the management of IT. It assists the organisation to deliver business value to a customer and ensures this is recognised.

    As well as ensuring a ​structured approach to Managed Services internally which is measurable and improves effectiveness, our ISO 20000 certification also demonstrates externally that we are customer first and focused on exceptional service.

  • AWS Managed Services

    DNM is the only certified Amazon Web Services Managed Service provider in Ireland. To be awarded the AWS Managed Service certification validates that we are skilled at delivering cloud infrastructure and application migration, and t​hat we deliver value to customers by offering proactive monitoring, automation, and management of our customers’ environments​.

    In order to obtain the AWS Managed Service Partner designation, DNM met the AWS Managed Service Program requirements, including a third party audit of our AWS Managed Service capabilities.

    Furthermore – DNM have recently joined an elite group of Audited Global AWS Partners to be awarded the new class of Next Generation Managed Service!
