We are delighted to announce that DNM have joined an elite group of Global AWS Partners to be awarded the new class of Next Generation Managed Service (June 2017). This is a testament to our 17 years of understanding our customers’ needs, and providing flexible support models with a strong emphasis on delivering quality and best practice.

While initially our focus was on Managed Database solutions, the Managed Services division of the company has rapidly expanded since then across our Cloud, Analytics and Infrastructure customers. We now provide 24*7*365 mission critical, remote and onsite support and maintenance services to over 100 customers globally. Our customer base spans across Financial, Enterprise and Public domains, to name but a few.

Our focus on service intelligence and continuous compliance have taken us beyond just applying a traditional approach to a new paradigm in cloud computing. This acknowledgement of “Next Generation” from AWS demonstrates DNM’s ability to respond to the power of automation for our customers.

With our ITIL based service desk and our ISO certified service management, our focus now is to help our customers to remain “well architected” performance compliant and assist them on challenges such as Big Data, Mass Migration or GDPR 2018.
